  We have been coming here for a while. I always get friendly nice service and am wowed by how much so little staff get done. The tea is always delicous and there have been no complaints about the food. :)

  Came in on a summer Saturday around noon and ordered 1 sandwich. The sandwich itself was decent but a bit small for the price. The real issue is the speed of service- it took 40 minutes to make. The sandwich was 3 ingredients and not pressed or anything, so the wait time was really unacceptable. The kitchen staff was working as fast as they could, but they could really benefit from additional help during busy times.

  Aweful! Which is an understatement! Took almost an hour to make 4 sandwiches & No ice in our drinks first of all. Went up and asked for ice and Recieved 3 cubes to put in 4 peoples drinks! If there is a shortage of ice then go buy a bag of ice people! It's a hot summer day for goodness sakes!! Next, the soup looked and tasted like baby food. So much for broccoli and cheese! Turkey and sprout sandwich had a tiny piece of turkey that covered only half of the sandwich. My husbands sirloin cheddar sandwich was disgusting there was so much gristle in the meat he could hardly take a bite without spitting some out! Less than appetizing! Father in law didn't get what he ordered as well as now he is referring to the turkey on his sandwich as "a piece of granite"! Cookies were hard as a rock. Flies were flying around in the pastry box with all of the pastries which is why I chose to try a cookie which was in a jar (with no flies)! I would absolutely never recommend this place! Prices do not match the quality! Only posting 1 star because it won't let me post with ZERO stars!
